Every week participants prepare two or three (!) dishes.

We use simple language, one-step instructions, and written recipes with picture prompts.

We enjoy eating what we've made in a safe and friendly social setting with our fellow cooks and carers.

We practise clearing up, washing dishes and putting everything away at the end of the class

- basic kitchen survival skills.
